Kemper looks noticeably more relaxed in these images than in many other photos or video. Even though he can put out the usual ‘good guy Ed’ persona, these expressions seem more genuine. I may be naiive but it almost appears that he is on muscle relaxants. We’ll never really know.
He was on medication at that time to keep his mood stable.
Can Edmund Kemper be forgiven?
Only the relatives of his victims can answer that, as they have suffered the loss of their loved ones. It would be interesting to hear their points of view.
